Security Policy

Security considerations, project responsibilities, and how to report a concern.

Last updated: September 14, 2026

Scope and approach

This page explains the website’s inquiry safeguards and how security requirements are addressed in project planning. It is not a claim of independent security certification, a guarantee against incidents, or a service-level agreement.

Website inquiry safeguards

The consultation form validates required fields, checks a WordPress security token, limits input length, filters input, and applies basic anti-spam and rate-limit checks. The theme sends inquiries through WordPress mail services. Please use the HTTPS website and keep initial project descriptions non-sensitive. Email is not a suitable channel for passwords, secret keys, or sensitive records.

Security in project planning

Security measures need to match a system’s data, users, and risks. Depending on the agreed scope, a project can include access control, secure configuration, input validation, dependency review, error handling, testing, and deployment guidance. Monitoring, backups, incident response, audits, and ongoing patching must have clearly agreed owners and coverage. Do not assume they are included unless specified in the agreement.

Report a suspected vulnerability

Email info@aventradigitalus.com with “Security report” in the subject. Include the affected page or component, the behavior you observed, and minimal non-sensitive steps to reproduce it. Redact credentials and personal information. We will review the report and may request more information.

Testing boundaries

This policy does not authorize security testing. Do not access other people’s information, change or delete data, interrupt services, run high-volume scans, or publicly expose sensitive details. Request written permission before any testing beyond ordinary website use. No bounty, payment, response deadline, or legal safe-harbor promise is offered by this page.

Incident communication and support

If a concern affects a client engagement, communication and response responsibilities follow the relevant agreement and applicable obligations. General business hours are Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Mountain Time. This contact channel is not a guaranteed 24/7 emergency service.
