Scope
This policy covers aventradigitalus.com and initial business inquiries to Aventra Digital LLC. Data handling for a client’s software project may be addressed in a separate agreement.
Information you provide
The consultation form requests your name, email address, client category, project category, and a brief description. A phone number is optional. We also receive information you choose to send by email or share during a conversation. Please do not submit passwords, payment card information, government identifiers, or sensitive personal records in an initial inquiry.
Website operation and technical information
The website’s hosting and security services may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser details, request times, and error logs to deliver and protect the site. The consultation form uses a security token and an anti-spam field. Temporary hashed identifiers derived from an email address and IP address may be used to limit repeated submissions; the form’s rate-limit records expire after one hour.
The website theme does not add advertising trackers, analytics scripts, or third-party embedded media. WordPress and hosting features may use cookies for login or other operational functions. Browser settings let you manage cookies; blocking some cookies can affect administrative or other functions.
How inquiry information is used
- To respond to your inquiry and discuss a possible engagement
- To understand requirements and prepare a proposal if appropriate
- To operate the website, investigate faults, and reduce abuse
- To maintain necessary business records and comply with applicable obligations
Submitting an inquiry does not subscribe you to a marketing mailing list.
Service providers and disclosure
Form submissions are forwarded to info@aventradigitalus.com through the website’s mail service. Hosting, email, and other service providers may process information to support these functions. The theme does not maintain a separate inquiry database, although email systems, security logs, backups, or additional website services may retain records. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or reasonably necessary to address fraud, security, or legal claims. This website does not offer inquiry information for sale or advertising targeting.
Retention and security
Inquiry and business records are kept as needed for communication, an engagement, recordkeeping, or legal obligations. The appropriate period depends on the record and purpose; backups and provider logs may follow separate retention cycles. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. If confidential material is needed for a project, contact us to agree an appropriate sharing method.
Your choices and requests
You may contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of information you have provided, or to ask about our handling of it. We may need to verify your identity, and some records may need to be retained for legal or legitimate business reasons. Additional rights may apply depending on where you live. We will review requests in accordance with applicable requirements.
